It was a night of time travel as we ventured to a time long ago...the ball gowns and masks were so exotic and lovely. The decorations, lighting and music were perfect and it was clear that everyone was enjoying the opportunity to let go and let the magic take over!
There was a couple in attendance who provided dance instruction and they kept the party going while demonstrating some sophisticated dance moves. Everyone jumped right in and looked like pros.
To make the evening seem even more timeless and ethereal were the many guests who spoke French. The language of love and the beautiful setting were a perfect way to celebrate the host - she was proud of being 50 (even if she doesn't look it!) - and her family were by her side to express their love and gratitude for having her in their lives.
It was a great night to be a part of, I am grateful to have been there!
